I don't understand at all, if Keith Foster is so dangerous and has already killed a bunch of Goa, why don't Goa put up his warning posters on all the alien pillars, notify all parts that he is dangerous? Every time, everyone thinks that he is an ordinary criminal and that they will deal with him on their own... w(ﾟｏﾟ)w
