The Master's entire project is called TOM-TIT, which is funny in itself (according to the dictionary - starting from "tit" and ending with "nonsense" and some kind of fountain of slang variations). But Tom Titus is also a French popularizer of science at the beginning of the 20th century, the author of the book "Instructive Fun, or entertaining experiments and tricks" for, so to speak, a wide range of readers. Perhaps that's why Percival was especially bombed until the Master processed him)
There's a lot of stuff in one episode! I'm writing a diploma about feminism now and I feel Dr. Ingram more than ever, ahaha. Her brother is a prankster, of course. And in general, there are an unusual number of jokes in the episode, the same TOM-TITUS :)
