The only thing I don't quite understand is why the First one is shown as a mega brain? It's basically one person. The timelord is more accurate. The memory is the same, the thoughts are also the same, and logically the Third One should be the wisest, having the memory of the previous ones. However, no)

@MoyraBing: it seems to me that this is due to the fact that the Former has not yet managed to humanize himself and is still close to the Galifreans in mentality, so he is more manipulative and pragmatic
