s01e01 — Beyond the Farthest Star

Although the original series was far from being a solid Sci-fi, but these belts, which allow you to freely stay in outer space, are somehow quite some kind of fantasy.

It looks quite good for that time, the drawing was somewhat reminiscent of Morlab 2020. It's nice that all the main actors, except Walter Koenig, took part in the voiceover.

Was it just me who thought that this alien who took over the ship was parodying the Daleks?

There's a hell of a lack of facial expressions. But listening to voices is valuable! And extremely pleasant.

Although there are no complaints about the drawing of most of the characters, Mr. Scott does not look at all like James Duane. Here he looks more like those guys in red who have a 90% chance of dying at the beginning of the episode.

Oh, it's still difficult to switch from a TV series to a cartoon, so far there's no feeling that these are the same characters, so I switched to an orig with Russian subs anyway, maybe the actors' voices will help me adapt to the new format faster...
