That's what happens when you try to squeeze a 50-minute episode into a 20-minute cartoon. An endless stream of words that don't have time to fit in my head. There wasn't even enough air on the bridge for 5 seconds

Was it intended for a children's audience? Seriously? Some episodes (like this one) need to be watched several times to understand what the point is.

As for me, the acceleration of the pace in the series compared to the original was beneficial)
Attention is focused on the development of the plot, there are no drawn-out scenes. What is missing is the acting, animation at that time could not fully convey the facial expressions of the characters. This episode was quite revealing in that it is still not a children's series, the theme and its execution is quite complex.

@NikaShtirlits: for God's sake, animation could have been like that for 30 years (Disney), but simplified animation (used just in TV series) basically implies a minimum of effort to render

I didn't understand why they were looking for the source of creation in the center of the galaxy, if in the Big Bang theory that was always the center of the universe, and our galaxy is on its far outskirts. Well, okay, it happens).
