Spongebob and Patrick have to keep an eye on the lair of the Sea Superman and the Bespectacled Man while they rest. Spongebob and Patrick succeed before they free the Sea Villain. Now they are trying to make the Sea Villain good. Despite the ticklish belt, he escapes and begins to act villainously again. But still, even putting his evil plans into practice, the Sea Villain still feels tickled, becoming kinder and kinder.
