А в целом... Я не фанат Гудкайнда, хоть в своё время и прочёл весь цикл. Так что на расхождения с оригиналом мне начхать. Вышел вполне приятный сериал с неплохими актёрами. Фэнтези на экране слишком мало...

Пусть поначалу и раздражали все эти клише, а спецэффекты порой вызывают только смех, но какой он замечательный, история интересная, какие актеры красивые, вся эта любовь и магия... ааааа!
Очень, грустно, что продолжения нет, но, думаю, дальше мою тоску скрасит прочтение книг цикла (:

I don't know why, but after reviewing it, I suddenly liked Darkin Rahl when he returned in the second season. I'm sure if there was a sequel, then he was not good, but he did not get on Richard's path, maybe even helped occasionally.
Compared to the book, I liked the series more. Yes, yes, it happens. Also, I'm not saying that the books are bad, just different. The main (I will specifically note the main) characters in the series are revealed more and their relationships. I can strongly mention two favorites of the series. First of all, this is Kahlan. In the series, she is an ideal option, a strong woman with her own opinion, with her own principles and principles. She is not as weak and defenseless as she is shown in books. Secondly, Kara. I liked this mord-sith immediately, and with further development I liked it more and more. Alas, she is not so bright in the book, if I may say so.
The beginning of the story. I love much more the serial meeting of Richard and Kahlan/ Kahlan and the Wizard, as well as the story of the name of the Seeker and how he learned information about himself, his purpose, and his family.. In the book, the beginning was completely different.
I want to see the third season because of Kara, because she is beautiful, because of Richard and Kahlan, they can finally be together and I would like to see them happy, because of Darkin Rahl, because I wonder what he will do next and just because this series is very I liked it.

It seemed to me, or indeed, many people in the world call Richard Ral, but the Guardian still continues to call him Cypher.
It's a pity they closed the series, it's really not bad, there are few of them. I also wonder how they would have handled the situation with the two Rahl.

но в этой серии я сгорел подчистую – если Ричард добрый не значит, что он тупой! боже, в деревне НИКТО не выжил, он как опытный следователь СРАЗУ ЖЕ должен был заподозрить в мальце гибельного как минимум, учитывая даже прошлые серии. но нет, здесь Ричард в угоду сюжета тупит и пускает всё абсолютно под откос. какой дибилизм, ей богу.
Терри Гудкайнд пусть земля тебе будет пухом.
P. S. Жалко только он в книгах про Никки сделал намек(задел) на продолжение... Эх...
