Выстраивать ребенку границы - да. Ругать, если поступил плохо - да.

Бить - категорическое НЕТ, считаю это неприемлемым.
Хватило бы и слов в обоих случаях.

В ситуации с пожаром вина есть и на Котаро. Это же он оставил ребенка без присмотра, да еще и в крайне нестабильном состоянии. Причем сам что-то не разбежался извиняться.
