@Gunsnrose: A 45-minute retelling of previous events. In general, they were made, because the series is very confusing and we wanted to make sure that after a break in the show or before the start / end of the season, people (sun) would remember everything important. But if you watch everything at once - very rarely something new.
If you don't mind remembering what you've already seen in a 45-minute period, you can watch.
