Well... it would definitely be a completely different series, but in my opinion this pilot is not much worse than the remade one.
"You managed to vulgarize masturbation" - it was specifically not bad))

It's good that they decided to reshoot. I didn't like Sheldon like that, and absolutely. and heroin, which is a Penny, is also creepy. In general, I'm glad that everything turned out that way.

This pilot is certainly worse than what actually came out, but in some moments this one also amused :D
This Sheldon is completely different from what he was made into in the series. And for me, this image is worse.
It would just be a completely different series, not like the one that comes out))

If this was the first episode that I would have seen, I would not have watched the series.
But when I watched a huge number of amazing episodes, it's very interesting to look at this pilot series!

As for me, the series looks quite harmonious and in the spirit of the series, though a little more vulgar or something, although it's still strange why it was rejected. One blonde was replaced by another - the concept of the character has not changed. A smart brunette is also the essence of the matter in the series. Apparently, at first they decided to use the concept of "friends" - equally "boys and girls", but then changed their minds. Even it became interesting how this story would develop, in particular the relationship between the brunette and Leonardo, she had a whole plan, after all)

and, in my opinion, a successful pilot. the essence of the characters has not been changed, jokes about physics are present... and if people say that this is vulgarity, then they have not seen vulgarity :D
PS Sheldon, who did not have sex with Amy, is a parallel universe, and I like this parallel universe. because Sheldon's image is sometimes too exaggerated :)

Слышал, что этот пилот забраковали из-за негативной реакции на персонажа Кэти. Могу понять почему она им не понравилась и почему ее заменили на Пенни.
