@KILLJOYNASTICORN: he was especially acutely aware of the pain of Foreman's departure here, realized that he was attached to his team, and decided to fire someone himself. Like, "if I refuse him first, then he will not be able to refuse me and offend me with this." It was the easiest thing to do with Chase, Cameron does not succumb to such manipulations and immediately sees them. All this is wildly unprofessional, and if I was fired because of such things, even though I didn't do anything, then I would leave there with pride
the second time I look - the second time I'm glad that Cameron said goodbye. if initially it was just annoying, this season it was just annoying. "oh yes, I'm so emotional and unprotected, my husband died, let's fuck on the patient's bed."
Irene does not appear in the series - Dr. Wilson tells about her in episode 11 of season 5: she was a patient of House – he fell in love, and she left him.
I hope that everything will return to its former course, because it is very difficult to get rid of your favorite characters:( I'll miss them, eh. Let's see what happens next.
I won't miss these three hypocrites. they were really annoying. they themselves can't do anything without house, and I don't know 50% and don't know how to do what he can, but they are right in the front rows to condemn. Tired of your whining. In each episode. House is sick with medicine, over every patient, like a writer over a book. And these three only think about themselves and still have the conscience to call him a bastard.
@holly_sun: it seems to me that he is satisfied with such a relationship, he likes verbal sparring and if he was completely obeyed, he would be bored and not interested. This is a person who likes to be rebuffed, but at the same time they respect and love him. In recent seasons, his relationship with the team has been exactly like this, and he has never seriously complained.
I'm reviewing the series, and how I like the end of this series! The ending, from which a sad smile on my face is one of the reasons why I love House so much
it's been a wonderful three seasons! after a bunch of modern TV shows, it's amazing to return to a high-quality project from the late noughties. acting, plot twists, humor. some shoals of future seasons often remain in memory, so it's more pleasant than ever to remember how good the series was!
Wow, finally, in this episode, what I've been thinking about all season sounded: "What difference does it make to patients for what purpose House treats them, if in the end he saved these people?" They are all so concerned about morality that, apparently, they forget about their main goal - to treat people. And it will still be very sad without these characters in House's team (
Did House really say he needed Foreman, only he did it too late. And rude. Seriously, is the whole team gone? If so, then it pleases. A "breath of fresh air" has been needed for a long time.
How unusual and it looks like a miracle when Marina came to life after turning off the life support device. Here in the comments they used to write how expensive treatment is for House patients. What kind of bills are then issued to them. It turns out that Marina and her husband were treated for free out of altruism? They are illegal migrants.
either I'm not developing as a person, or Cameron is really annoying)
more love for music, drugs, best friend doctor, patient Irene Adler and deductive method)
Irene does not appear in the series - Dr. Wilson tells about her in episode 11 of season 5: she was a patient of House – he fell in love, and she left him.
The plot scheme of the procedural, transferred by Shore to the scenery of the hospital, is very reminiscent of the very first detectives (for example, Conan Doyle), so popular in the era of great scientific discoveries. After all, Holmes' famous deductive method not only asserted the omnipotence of science, but also made Sherlock an excellent diagnostician (remember how he accurately guessed the story of Watson's life and service at the first meeting?). Moreover, Conan Doyle wrote his detective from a doctor — an extremely astute surgeon Joseph Bell from Edinburgh.
David Shore was indeed a big fan of Conan Doyle and lovingly provided Dr. House with Holmes features. So, House found a loyal friend Wilson, a love of music and addiction to drugs. Some hints about Holmes in the series lie on the surface (for example, House's apartment number is 221B), while others are hidden deeper. So, a family friend, whom House considers his real father for almost all eight seasons, bears the surname of the prototype of Holmes — Bell. In the fifth season, House receives a real—life book by Joseph Bell "Manual of Surgical Operations" as a gift, at the same time Wilson jokingly mentions House's fictional patient, Irene Adler.
The last name of the man who shot Gregory House in the second season is Moriarty. And staged by the main character in the finale of the eighth season, his own death is so Holmes-like! The method of work of Sherlock Holmes, formulated by him in The Sign of Four, sounds like this: "Discard everything that could not take place, and there will be only one fact, which is the truth." Dr. House echoes him: "Exclude all other facts, and the only one that remains will be the truth." © Kinopoisk
