Sandy is going to Texas for a rodeo. SpongeBob doesn't know what a rodeo is, and in order to explain it to him, Sandy sings a funny song about a rodeo. But SpongeBob thinks that Sandy needs to be saved from the rodeo and gathers all the residents of the city.
