Vanessa is a strange character now. He appears only to complicate someone's life or ruin a relationship with someone. I hope the writers will soon correct this misunderstanding and tell us what happened to her while she was out of focus. Or they will stop including it in the plot altogether.

Total: at the moment, Blair is surrounded by really wonderful men with whom she somehow develops a high-quality relationship. Chuck, Louis, Dan. He is really good this season - strong, honest and sincere, generous and understanding. With the absolute adoration of the Chuck/Blair couple, it was in this series (neither a series earlier, nor a series later) It really seems to me that three roads from these three men would be equally worthy and interesting. Wherever Blair stepped at this point in time, there would be potential for development and her own special meaning and beauty.
PS It's a pity that Serena is not going to grow up, and change for the better through it! She lags far behind the other characters.

@Misunderstanding: in the first seasons, on the contrary, Blair was too frivolous, fixated on manipulating other people and stupid, and in season 4 she had a very strong personal growth, she directed all her bad qualities in the right direction, and it pleases the eye to look at such a character!
And Serena, who I liked more than Blair at the beginning, is now only disappointing. Sillier and sillier with each episode.

Is Serena targeting Louis now, or what??? Although she'll be fine!!! How I liked her at the beginning of the series, and now she's infuriating on a par with Vanessa!!! And this is Blair who envies her all her life, experiencing an inferiority complex next to her, plotting (small, large), trying to overtake her. But in fact, she may be rich, but with plebeian habits, she is essentially the same complexed upstart as Dan. And Serena, no matter what lifestyle she leads, is always van der Woodsen.

Serena consistently pisses me off in every episode, then every man is the love of her life, then this situation with Blair and Dan
, and Blair, although she remains a bitch, shows development (not only in terms of her personal life, she realizes a lot, but I also admired her hard work during an internship at a magazine, Serena in such a the situation is impossible to imagine)

I liked it so much that Dan put an end to any relationship with Vanessa. Dan always believes in a person to the last and tries to see only the good in everyone, but here even he has given up, Vanessa has deteriorated too much, she has become terrible.
