"Locked Up" will not become a thriller classic, although it goes out of its way to become one. There is an actress chained to a wheelchair in reality in order to match the role as much as possible, and Sarah Paulson, who puffs her eyes as much as possible, and the extremely uncomfortable idea of the film. Unfortunately, Paulson performed much better in television multi-part projects and under the direction of the author of the Search, she could not reach the heights of Kathy Bates. Kira Allen, apparently, is not such a great actress - it is absolutely impossible to understand that she is disabled in life, like her character, and does it make any sense? Acting is a craft created for people to reincarnate, and here, damn it, you don't believe that a person has problems with the body. Maybe sometimes you don't need to make movies according to quotas? Well, the plot begins to crack at the seams at the same second when you start to think a little bit about how this could have happened at all (it could, of course, but not under such circumstances as the director draws). It's also sad that once you figure out the main intrigue, you don't get any further surprises. It's a shame, of course, although the length of the film is exactly such that they are not burdened and it even gives them the opportunity to enjoy what is happening, although there is not much of it happening. It's not a masterpiece, but you can watch it once.

Yeah, you don't want to be held hostage by the closest person who should protect and protect anyone.
I don't like movies in which the victim eventually turns into a stalker. So the mother ended up in prison, i.e. she is being punished for what she did. Why else is there this topic with medicines? It turns out that the daughter herself did not go far from her.

The film screams almost "delegated Munchausen syndrome" from the very beginning!", well, it turns out that way. no intrigue, everything is in the forehead. but since there is no intrigue, maybe the characters are good? Yes, too, no. everything revolves around one story, which they also tried to deepen, but in the end it did not affect anything. I have a feeling that I smelled of scenic impotence. Like, you didn't wait, and then there's this! only this very thing does not affect anything in the end. and also to mess up a positive character in the ending... no, to some offended people, maybe it will come in, but as for me, this is just a blotting out of the image of GG. as a result, it seems as if they are directly worth each other.
in general, the film is watchable, but I can't recommend it to anyone, it's better not to see this masterpiece
