“Fairy Tale” directed by Alexander Sokurov trailer
Sokurov showed his version of the vision of the afterlife, tried to reveal the motivation of dictators through fragments of their thoughts, but what did we learn new? It seems like nothing. Ordinary people who are driven by their selfish motives, the expected lack of remorse and indifference to the fate of the people they have ruined.
Were those one and a half hours of watching worth it? Unlikely
