I started watching the film as a thriller, but as I continued watching it, I understood the genre less and less...
the heroine constantly comes up with Robert's thoughts, most of the film is like a comedy, I don't know.
the guy is certainly mega strange, but the girl is not that normal.
shortly if GG had listened to her friend, then everything would have been OK (and there would have been no kin)

A film about those who went and for those who went. The finale unexpectedly smooths out the corners and everything doesn't seem so categorical.

The trailer set up for a more interesting and intense action, which, unfortunately, was never received. Alas, a very passing film

in fact, the film is not bad, no wonder in the epigraph - a man is afraid that a woman will laugh at him, and a woman - that a man will kill her
is an exaggerated story about how our fears in love / romance can lead to catastrophic consequences

I liked that everything turned out to be not so unambiguous. But the situation itself is really comically tragic, when girls before a blind date often send their coordinates to a friend and habitually joke about the fact that " and suddenly he is a maniac " - it seems to me that such a thing would not have occurred to guys. Every relationship, in fact, is a leap of trust, it happens to everyone differently, because of our complexes and ideas / thoughts about each other, but due to the fact that there really are many cases when such a leap may be the last for you as a girl, it seems that there is an unfair bias. And really, every time you think, whether you're being needlessly paranoid, or God is taking care of you. How to sort out your feelings in the midst of this fear is unclear)
And in the finale, it's also unclear whether she really overdid it and almost killed a completely harmless weirdo, or scared off a freak who still doesn't know what he would have thought of. Unfortunately, there is no definite answer, and it is impossible to insure yourself. And I would like to wish the heroine to say no more often and follow her feelings, but what if this feeling is fear and no then there would be all relationships? Then they would wish her not to be so sensitive. In short, there is a fire in the world that closes the exit from the basement, and only if both the male and female halves interact to smooth it all out, then only then can you survive. Well, I see this as the main message of the film)

The film is about what happens when people don't talk to each other normally, but endlessly wind up and think for the other. I rather liked it than not.

That's not a lucky guy... I met him on my head - the house was burned down, the car went there, the dog, fortunately, survived, but the seals? (And all because of the paranoia and inability to speak through the mouth of a twenty-year-old young lady with the intelligence of a child (no offense to smart kids).
The scene at the psychologist with a paired reception for the rest of the film made me worry that they would eventually stay together, like they figured out that he wasn't stalking her, and decided to go to a psychologist to solve the problem with sex. Fortunately, this did not happen and the guy ran away from this maniac. And she's already spotted a new victim. Run, new guy, save yourself!
In fact, the film famously reflects our sick society with a bias in many social issues. The girl is intimidated by a million broadcasts and stories about rapists (the information field turns yellow), the man is intimidated by the fact that any woman can accuse him of harassment, and society will be on her side (fortunately, Johnny Depp has set a precedent for adequate proceedings). As a result, both are afraid of each other and behave inappropriately instead of having a normal conversation. Plus, the problem of not being able to discuss sexual relations is a common phenomenon. It is scary that these problems will continue to worsen instead of everyone taking a step back and starting to be guided by common sense. Well, let's see what happens. The film is cool, the acting is convincing, the topics are acutely relevant.

The film is about fear. To say and be understood.
I would like to note the audio effects in a conversation with a friend (in a cafe, when they read text messages and later at home, also for messages when a guy broke through), the tension is great.
And the passages in the psychologist's office are excellent.
At the very beginning, from the feminist pearls directed by Margot, she almost turned off the film and the line with communication on the forum, well, so.
This is not an entirely femme movie)

Not every weirdo is a dangerous weirdo, but you can only find out by experience.
