I do not even know how to properly evaluate this film. it seems that there is some kind of integral plot about the disease inside the prison, but all the characters are very flat, there is no normal interaction between them, no motivation, no background, no development. it seems that they poured blood, but they skimped on makeup, only pale venous faces. They didn't even really show nudity. in short, I do not recommend watching it.
