Just in the fact that she is running, her news caught her by surprise in the middle of the forest / park, she can't get to the place, what emotions are taking hold of her, what she is doing in order to find out at least something. In fact, it's very scary. It's doubly scary for a mother to worry about it. Very few films are in fact without much action to keep in suspense.
