I liked the movie, it keeps me in suspense until the end. and here you don't even know in the end whether good has won or vice versa. the situation is such that we no longer understand which side represents good and which is evil. but it will be determined by everyone for themselves if they decide to watch this movie)

One of the best thrillers of cinema with incredible plot twists and an intriguing denouement. Must-see!

The film sets the tone, the tension, and you expect a corresponding denouement at the end, but the end is extremely frustrating. 5 out of 5 if you flip the end.

I was upset by the ending. There was a feeling that evil had won after all.

Everyone who talks about the other ending and about revenge, have you watched the movie? The film is not about revenge at all. Clyde wouldn't have waited 10 years to get revenge. The film is about a rotten case law system and the legal system in general. judges, lawyers and prosecutors do not care about people and who did what, they do not have a father who lost his daughter, they have another precedent that can be quickly closed and receive a bonus. they have no desire to punish the criminal and release the innocent, they have a desire to comply with all bureaucratic norms.
It is the system that Clyde is fighting. and it fights so successfully that the system begins to break itself and almost declares itself unviable: everyone knows who is doing this, but they can't do anything about it. and only then Nick (the chief prosecutor, by the way!) I was able to step over my principles, through the law and finally do real justice, not paper justice.
Clyde won and Nick lost. and dry. "I don't negotiate with murderers, Clyde. thanks to you". It's wrong, though. It wasn't a game, it was a very important lesson that Nick learned. and now he understands perfectly well what a difficult path he has to take for the sake of a just world in which his daughter will live.
