It's a very strange movie, and not to say that it's completely bad, but it's too long and the ending is of course still that nonsense.

I didn't understand the meaning of the story, I watched it through Monica and the very aesthetics of the film.

A complicated confusing movie, but not a bad one. I don't know whether to advise or not. Decide for yourself. 😁

The film is a mystery, I would characterize it like this. It turned out to be much more of a melodrama than a thriller, of course. And such a confusing melodrama.
The beginning of the film was quite promising, the director managed to create an intrigue — of course, the game helped both Marceau and Bellucci. Both actresses showed the viewer their experiences, but due to the complexity of the plot, they hardly made a proper impression.
Only 40 minutes after the start, you begin to build a chain of incidents, as the next frame appears, which instantly takes you out of the rut.
Everything about camerawork can be appreciated. The most beautiful scenes are not only natural, but also indoors. Furniture, furnishings, design.
It's not mine, but nevertheless the film will find its audience.
