Книгу читал давно - понравилась даже очень. Фильм же разочаровал. Нет тут того эмоционального напряжения, сюжет сумбурный и значительно измененный относительно оригинала.

I'll make a reservation right away: I found out about the existence of the original novel already during the viewing, so I watched the film separately from the original source. And I liked it, damn it. The plot is simple and straight as a stick, but that's not a problem. The acting is on the level, the amount of cynicism and black humor in the first half of the film is off the scale, the ending is correct and kind of cute. I had a great time, honestly.
