Check out the trailer for "The Toxic Avenger" reboot starring Peter Dinklage

IGN portal showed a teaser trailer of the movie "The Toxic Avenger" — a reboot of the 1984 black comedy of the same name. The main roles in the new film are played by Peter Dinklage, Elijah Wood, Jacob Tremblay, and Kevin Bacon.

In the center of the plot will be an ordinary janitor named Winston Gooze, who learned that he is terminally ill. Winston needs money for treatment and turns to his boss, but he refuses to help. Winston then decides to steal from him, but things don't go according to plan and he falls into a vat of toxic waste.

Winston doesn't die, but instead transforms into a disfigured monster and gains superpowers. Thus Winston becomes the Toxic Avenger. But with great power comes great responsibility, which means he now has to protect those who are hurt and abused.

Macon Blair ("Blue Ruin") directed the movie, and Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman, creators of the original 1984 "Avenger," produced the reboot. A release date for the new film has not yet been announced.
