Amazon has renewed "Gen V" for a second season

Work on the script of the continuation of the spin-off "The Boys" has already begun.

Amazon Prime Video has renewed the series "Gen V", a spin-off of the action comedy series "The Boys", for a second season.

Showrunner Michele Fazekas and executive producer Eric Kripke thanked fans and said the writers are already working on a new season that will be "wild, with all the twists, heart, satire, and exploding genitalia".

The series is about a college for students with superpowers. In the story, the superhero students are out of their skin, pushing their physical and mental strength to the limit in hopes of getting to the top of the school's rankings. But when the college's darkest secrets come to light, the students will have to decide which heroes they want to become.

Amazon has renewed "Gen V" even before the finale of the first installment of the project. The next, sixth, episode of the series will be released on October 20, and the final eighth episode will be shown on November 3.

The plot interested. Quite in the style of Boys. Not so funny and original, but on the other hand, the cast is not as cool as in the Boys. But the guys are trying. It's good that they extended it.
