Film company Focus Features has revealed the trailer for the new black comedy "Lisa Frankenstein," which will premiere on February 9, 2024.
The movie from Zelda Williams, Robin Williams' daughter, will tell the story of an unpopular high school girl named Lisa. The girl falls in love with a beautiful statue of a Victorian young man she sees on a grave in a cemetery, and soon accidentally brings to life the corpse of the man buried there.
The movie stars Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, and Carla Gugino, and the comedy was written by Diablo Cody, the screenwriter of "Jennifer's Body" and "Juno". Cody is also producing the picture.
