Chucky is ready to return: the Syfy channel has revealed the trailer of the second part of the third season of the horror series "Chucky". The new chapter of the show was divided into two parts because of strikes. The authors of the project were going to release the entire season in 2024, but Universal Studios wanted to show at least some episodes of "Chucky" for Halloween, so the third chapter decided to split into two parts.
The show's first season was about 14-year-old high school student Jack, who is trying to get over the recent death of his mother and bullying at school. One day he buys an antique Chucky doll at a suburban yard sale, after which his home perfect American town is suddenly plunged into chaos: a series of gruesome murders begin to expose the hypocrisy and secrets of the locals.
In the third season, the power-hungry Chucky finds himself in the most powerful family in America — the family of the President of the United States, living in the White House. The sequel, consisting of four episodes, will be released next year.
