November 20, Monday — "Polar"

Criminal authority Vitya-Butcher has long since withdrawn from business, and now he is a successful businessman. But he still agrees to help a former accomplice and puts on his own account of the thieves' commonwealth. On the day of return because of an accident Vitya forgets the password to access the account and decides to run away, because he realizes that no one will believe him. So he finds himself in the town of Polar, where time seems to have frozen.

In the new season, Vitya reluctantly becomes the mayor of Polar. Having learned that the previous mayor left a hole in the budget, Vitya wants to leave the hated post. But he will have to stay to save the inhabitants of the town from eviction, which is threatened by dishonest and influential businessman Lomaev.
