Netflix has unveiled the trailer for the animated series "Carol & The End of the World", a new comedy from Dan Guterman, writer of "Community" and "Rick and Morty".
In the show's plot, a mysterious planet is approaching Earth and humanity will be wiped out in a few months. Most people waste no time in striving to fulfill their wildest dreams, but quiet and awkward Carol continues to live an ordinary life, lost among the rest.
Carol is voiced by Martha Kelly, and the series will also feature the voices of Bridget Everett, Beth Grant, Stephen Colbert, Alison Brie, Danny Pudi, and Gillian Jacobs. The ten-episode show will premiere on December 15.
