Eddie Murphy returns: teaser for the comedy action movie "Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F" has been released
Netflix has unveiled the debut teaser trailer for the comedy action movie "Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F" — the sequel to the cult trilogy starring Eddie Murphy. The new part will be released in the summer of 2024 - 30 years after the release of the third film of the franchise.
In the fourth installment, Eddie Murphy returns to the role of Detective Axel Foley. He's back serving in Beverly Hills, but everything changes when his daughter Jane (Taylour Paige) is threatened. Jane and Axel team up with her father's new partner (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) as well as his old pals, Billy Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) and John Taggart (John Ashton), to help the girl and uncover the conspiracy.
The director's chair was taken by debutant Mark Molloy, with Jerry Bruckheimer and Eddie Murphy himself serving as producers. An exact premiere date has yet to be revealed.
