Josh Hutcherson, star of "The Hunger Games" and "Five Nights at Freddy's", has opened up about how he was almost cast in the lead role in"Home Alone".
"I was probably like 11 years I old think maybe, when I auditioned for it, and it got down between me and the other guy. That was the first time I tasted like rejection, so that was really hard", — Hutcherson shared.
Hutcherson did not explain for which part of the franchise "Home Alone" he auditioned, but judging by the chronology, it was supposed to be the fourth movie.
In the end, Hutcherson's acting career began with roles in the series "ER" and in the TV movie "House Blend". He then starred in the 2007 sci-fi film "Bridge to Terabithia" and "Journey to the Center of the Earth", followed by one of his most famous works, "The Hunger Games" franchise, in which Hutcherson played the role of Peeta.
