Mia Goth vs. serial killer: "MaXXXine" horror trailer released
A24 Studios presented a trailer of a new horror movie "MaXXXine" — the last part of Ti West's trilogy, which also includes the films "X" and "Pearl".
The action takes place in the 1980s. In the story, the star of adult films and aspiring actress Maxine Minx (played by Mia Goth) comes to Hollywood and finally gets a chance to get on the big screen. But the girl begins to be pursued by a mysterious killer, hunting for Hollywood starlets. Maxine will have to fight for life again and for her sinister past to remain a mystery.
Along with Goth, the film stars Kevin Bacon, Elizabeth Debicki, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and Halsey, and Ti West acted not only as director, but also as screenwriter of the project.
The world premiere of MaXXXine will take place on July 5. The film will also be released in Russia, but a couple of days later — July 11, 2024.
