Netflix showed a new teaser of the series "One Hundred Years of Solitude", based on the novel of the same name by Gabriel García Márquez. The project will tell the story of the Buendía family, seven generations of which live in the town of Macondo.
The series was shot in Colombia with the support of Gabriel García Márquez's sons Rodrigo and Gonzalo, who acted as executive producers of the show. Claudio Cataño, Jerónimo Barón, Marco González, Leonardo Soto, and Susana Morales played the main roles in the series.
In total, the project will be 16 episodes, which put Laura Mora Ortega ("Pablo Escobar: El Patrón del Mal") and Alex Garcia Lopez ("Cowboy Bebop"). The series will premiere later this year, but an exact date has not yet been revealed.
