It turned out to be a good movie, completely in the spirit of the series.

Because of the timing, many moments were very compressed — in the format of the series, it would be better to feel the scale and drama of some events.

It was a beautiful story.
Beautiful forever young Uhtred ❤️

As the Vikings are fashionable with Valhalla: he died and immediately got drunk

The film left very mixed feelings. This is largely due to the actions of Ethelstan. It's like he's just another character. Not the one that was in the previous season. He became just like Edward. Therefore, it seemed to me that there was a hack. Once upon a time, the last Kingdom was one of my favorite TV series on 9/10. But this movie seemed to me only 6/10, even though there are favorite characters, great music and atmosphere. But the plot itself… I think it could have been better. Everything is kind of compressed, not logical
Still, the ending of the story turned out great. But the movie itself..

It took me a while to figure out about King Uhtred's oath. no wife or children for Northumbria. it seems to be too much. and then it got to me. Uhtred saved the king from women)
that's how many locations were shown - they all changed their names. apart from the village) the millennial village of Thelwall still stands.

Yes, faith exists only for show, which I have always said and say. Faith is convenient for those who know how to dispose of it, in itself it is a dummy (faith in fantasy)
The king committed the sin of sleeping with a fool and they both scored a dick. Is it a subpoena or was it so in history?

The scene with Valhalla is what I (and many others) dreamed of seeing at the end of the Vikings, but I saw it here. A perfect series in every way and a great movie to end it. It's a pity that it's not a season, there was content for 10 episodes.
