The film is not for everyone and not for viewing in the background. But if you are familiar with the struggle of feelings and reason, I advise you to watch it.
I will put this film somewhere on the shelf of LalaLand, which I will not review. They are wonderful, but my sensual response to these films is too strong) everyone is responsible for their life with a dream or a dream, a little less.
I also liked the scene in the bar when the girl left. The men reasoned that they too had touched in the distant past. Although thinking about who someone might have been in past lives is not close to me.
"When you learned a foreign language and try to listen to your girlfriend's conversation with your ex, but did not have time to pass the subjunctive mood and do not understand anything".
Or vice versa, "When I realized that the former had already reached the subjunctive mood in their dialogue"
Haruki Murakami's book "South of the Border, West of the Sun" comes to mind (A story about a young successful man named Hajime, the owner of a jazz bar, who many years later meets his childhood friend Shimamoto. He was in love with her at the time. Passion wakes up again. But life circumstances are such that this love is not destined to resurrect.) I recommend reading it.
a slow movie, where the plot is not really important, you can just enjoy these moments from life..
Well, the landscapes are cool!
Wonderful acting, touching and sincere. It makes you empathize, but not with a tear, but very delicately. It's rare to find characters in a movie who don't rush from side to side, don't roll us on a roller coaster, but just let us gently swing on the waves.
Instructions before watching: gadgets away, a glass of wine closer And have a good evening)
But I have ambivalent impressions from long shots. On the one hand, they perfectly convey all this awkwardness of under-communication/over-friendship. They give naturalness or something, the feeling of this eternal expectation and understatement. On the other hand, at some point I set the speed to 1.5 x, because a fairly short film began to seem very long because of this.
Overall, it's a great film about identity. About how your paths diverge from the place and the people you left behind, whether you want to or not.
And this is the final "See you" - it's so sad, but full of hope that in the next life they will be able to reunite.
