Friday the 13th (1980)

Classic horror movie, I love it incredibly and sometimes I even review it with joy🤍

In my opinion, of all the slashers of those years, this is the weakest series, a minimum of horror and blood, a maximum of stuffiness and obozhonki.

The year 2024. The film is not scary, until the last girl is left, it is tedious and boring.
The girl, on the other hand, is generally stupid, she had at least 2 chances to kill this grandmother before eventually chopping off her head. It's certainly spectacular, but it's stupid and not effective.

The basic formula, the holy one survives.
First-person view of the killer.
The murders are very stretched across the film, there is no suspense.
I almost fell asleep.

Probably the most boring horror movie about a holiday camp.

It's very boring in 2025. I watched it before and it didn't work either. Having reviewed it, I say with confidence that it is too outdated. Maybe it was really cool at the time, but now it's boring to watch.

The first part of my favorite slasher is the most boring. It gets more interesting when Jason shows up)

Yes, now the films of those years are not scary at all, in some moments they even seem funny, but they still look great. The actors here are very pleasant and beautiful, there are no stupid agendas, the women are really strong: they carry weights, hammer nails and do not shout about their rights at every corner, they are not trying to make them look strong and independent and humiliate men somehow.

It was unexpected to see a young Kevin Bacon here. I liked Annie so much, she's so beautiful, it's a pity that she was killed first(

Plus for the most unexpected villain.
Minus for everything else.
