There are such films that make you dive deeper into your own eyes, see that summer many years ago, remember the person you almost forgot, all the people. Consciousness expands, and now you see the brightest thing you've ever seen, what you've been looking at for a long time and trying to figure out why you're looking. You wake up and realize with terrible bitterness that you are living your life by self-deception. You're lying. You're blatantly lying to yourself. But everything will be forgotten. You will deceive yourself again in an attempt to appear to others not who you really are. Because you're ashamed to be alive and real. Everything will be forgotten, you will not be able to put all this billion puzzles in your head. You thought life would be like your favorite TV series, it seemed like a dream to you...

Is there anyone who will understand what it means to see everything when you can say so many words, all the words that you have, but still not understand anything. Deep down, I still can't find the right words

"Every new minute is another chance to change everything," is a really great quote and so true. Sometimes we think it's too late, but it's never too late. This quote is very motivating and I try to remember it every day. Stop living your dreams and running away from problems, gain the courage and "open your eyes".

на днях посмотрела испанский фильм Abre los ojos (открой глаза) и поняла что где-то я это уже видела.. а точно, в Ванильном небе! сюжет один-в-один, и Пенелопа тоже в роли Софии)) вобщем похоже Ванильное небо это американский римейк испанского оригинала. надо бы пересмотреть пока впечатления от испанского свежи

It's a good movie! It was interesting and intriguing to watch it. Young Cruz is gorgeous here. Penelope is also a beauty. Although I didn't understand the very last frame.
P.S. If instead of Penelope they had given me a grimacing Cameron with a fake smile, I would have been upset too.))

I'll never forget this movie. The story of love and human desire for it is revealed in a wonderful way. Thanks to the creators for everything.

I reviewed it many years later, when I was a teenager, it left me with more impressions, and now it's good, definitely 5 out of 5.
