Description

An assassin named Tae-goo is offered a chance to switch sides with his rival Bukseong gang, headed by Chairman Doh. Tae-goo rejects the offer that results in the murder of his sister and niece. In revenge, Tae-goo brutally kills Chairman Doh and his men and flees to Jeju Island where he meets Jae-yeon, a terminally ill woman. Though, the henchman of the Bukseong gang, Executive Ma is mercilessly hunting Tae-goo to take revenge.

The film is heavy according to the script, according to the plot. The meaning of the film itself will be difficult to understand for those who did not remain completely alone because of their mistakes or did not accept the fact that they did not have long to live, and there are no relatives. Here they also showed that gg became attached to each other due to the fact that both are lonely and understand each other. Communication between them did not work out at first, but in the end it is clear that they valued each other and she went to avenge the death of her uncle, and for his death. Of course, no one will be able to understand a girl whose parents were killed by an uncle's mistake, and then she found out that she was dying and no one will understand a guy who wasn't even going to leave the gang, and his sister and nephew died, so his guys were also killed and betrayed by his own, deceived, set on others, forced to kill an innocent man and hide. It touches on the whole essence of the fact that people are cruel and no matter how kind to them, they will remain just as terrible. I really liked the movie, of course the end is sad, but I like the sad ones somehow, maybe because I have almost the same life as the main character.
