In a world where superpowered people are heavily policed by robots, an ex-con teams up with a drug lord he despises to protect a teen from a corrupt cop.
The first part didn't stand out much, but the action movie turned out to be very strong. Here, things got a little worse.. Somehow they forgot about people with abilities in general and many did not even know about them, like the same Pavani. The tie was generally made as stupid as possible, and if in the first part a large sum was needed for treatment, then here the dude is peddling because his sister doesn't have to buy textbooks! And it would be fine if he was some kind of a junkie or a homeless man, but they have an apartment and earn a little, but for textbooks?! And then with these robo-dogs in general, a complete finish and sur! Plus, corrupt police officers who believe that murder is a completely normal way out, although it will create more problems for them than it will teach the bandits a lesson. Idiocy with a spoonful. They showed a little action, and even then it was light. To be honest, I didn't like it at all, despite the Amell cousins. You can watch it as a continuation, but once and there is absolutely nothing to do, alas..
I accidentally saw the release of this film, realized that I had not watched the first part. In general, the second one is worse, and plot-wise weaker, and visually too. Maybe if there is a third part, it will be somehow more cheerful.
Compared to the first part, everything is very bad. More precisely, the special effects are normal, the idea with robo-dogs is good, but the script and poorly written characters are at the level of Uwe Bol. Netflix really doesn't care, they took an underrated movie and made it even worse 🤷♂️ It 's sad 😞
The same part flew by unnoticed, everything is very bland
