Silver Linings - это как бы серебряные лучики, но фраза пошла от пословицы - every cloud has a silver lining, то есть - нет худа без добра, если привести понятную аналогию. А сама фраза Silver Linings используется как устоявшийся фразеологизм и означает позитивный момент (чего-либо негативного).
Подытоживая... вот если бы перевели как Серебряные лучики НАДЕЖДЫ, это было бы хотя бы близко к сути, а использование слова псих (если это не ужастик) - вообще отпугивающее.
