Nathan Fielder and Emma Stone encounter something mysterious in "The Curse" trailer
Showtime has unveiled the trailer for "The Curse", a series developed by the cable channel in partnership with A24 Studios. The main roles in the show are played by Emma Stone, Nathan Fielder, and Benny Safdie.
The plot centers on a recently married couple who are starring in a reality show about home improvement, while simultaneously trying to conceive a child. Their attempts fail, and the couple begins to suspect that someone has cursed them.
"The Curse" was written and directed by Nathan Fielder, creator of "The Rehearsal", and Benny Safdie, writer and director of "Uncut Gems", which he worked on with his brother Josh. Josh serves as executive producer of the series.
The first three episodes of the project premiered on October 12 at the New York Film Festival, and the comedy will begin airing on Showtime on November 10. The series will have a total of ten episodes.
