Netflix has revealed new footage of the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" series
Netflix has revealed new footage from the upcoming TV adaptation of the animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender". In the fresh photos you can see representatives of the Fire Nation: Zuko, his uncle Iroh, Lord Ozai, Azula, and Jao.
The project will tell about a young avatar named Aang — the lord of all four elements and the only person who can restore balance in the world and stop the war unleashed by the Fire Nation. The role of Aang will be played by Gordon Cormier, and the showrunner of the series will be Albert Kim ("Nikita").
The show will premiere next year, but no exact date has been announced yet. Perhaps it will be known in a couple of weeks: from November 6 to 12 Netflix will hold an event Geeked Week, where it will talk about upcoming projects — including "Avatar".

1. Zuko's scar
2. the fact that the creators of the original are not involved in the project at all, the adaptation of Vanpeace has shown that this is in fact half the success
And now it hurts me to look at him🤣
And Azula, for me personally, is a good hit too. I'm just wondering how the previous commentators represented her? 🤔 When, in fact, at the beginning of the story, she is a child who looks and behaves like a cutie and daddy's daughter, but in fact she is still...the thing 😬
But seriously, a really good cast, impatient to see the series. I hope Netflix won't let you down. However, I think that the original series is a real masterpiece and I am a big fan, so in my thoughts: will it be worth it?..."
