The third season of "Bridgerton" will premiere on May 16, 2024
Netflix announced the premiere date of the third season of the series "Bridgerton": the first part of the project will be released on May 16, and the second part — June 13. In total, the third season will have eight episodes.
The new chapter of the series about gossip and scandals of London high society will tell about the relationship between Penelope and Colin Bridgerton. In the storyline, Penelope finally gave up on falling in love with Colin after he disparaged her in front of his friends. Instead, she decides to focus on finding a husband who will respect her independence so that she can continue to lead a double life as Lady Whisldown. However, due to her insecurities, the search is unsuccessful.
Meanwhile, Colin returns from his journey a different man. And he is saddened to realize that Penelope — the one person who has always appreciated him for who he is — is now cold to him. Wanting to win back her friendship, Colin offers to help the girl gain the confidence to attract the perfect husband. And when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin will have to figure out his true feelings for his girlfriend.
The series will have a new showrunner for season three, with Jess Brownell, who worked on "Scandal", replacing Chris Van Dusen, who will now serve as a producer on the project alongside Shonda Rhimes.

But it's still so long...
Finally, because I've already watched the first two seasons several times. I love this series ❤
Netflix knows that everyone is waiting for the Bridgertons, which is why it divided the season into two parts - so that people would pay for two subscriptions, not one. The sly ones!
