"Good Omens" with Michael Sheen and David Tennant has been renewed for a third season
It's now official: Amazon Prime Video and the BBC have ordered a third season of the series "Good Omens", starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant. This installment will be the final installment for the project.
The first part of the show was released in 2019. "Good Omens", based on the book of the same name by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, was originally planned to be a mini-series, but the project was extended in 2021. At the time, Gaiman said that before Pratchett's death, they had time to discuss ideas for a sequel to the book.
The first season told about the angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley. They live among ordinary people for centuries, doing the work assigned to them. But when the final battle between Heaven and Hell is coming, which could destroy humanity, Crowley and Aziraphale unite to prevent the apocalypse.
In Season 3, Gaiman says the heroes will once again have to deal with the end of the world: plans for Armageddon are going awry. Only Crowley and Aziraphale can fix it, if they take on the task together. But they're not communicating.
Filming of the finale will start in Scotland in the near future. The premiere date for the new series is not yet known.

What else do they want to tell you? Will God become a black lesbian body-positive transgender woman? The story ended very clearly on the first season, so I will remember the series, although I watched season 2, I perceive it exclusively as someone's crude fake story
Therefore, I hope that the last season will be worthy and meet expectations)
