Filming on the third season of "Mayor of Kingstown" will begin in January
Jeremy Renner returns to the set: actress Emma Laird, who stars in the series "Mayor of Kingstown" alongside Jeremy, has announced that filming on the project's third season is about to begin.
"It’s happening. Back with my favourite guy next week", — she captioned a photo with Renner on social media.
Renner will return to filming a year after his accident: january 1, he was seriously injured when he was under the track of a snowplow, trying to save his nephew. The actor miraculously did not die and broke more than 30 bones, and after underwent a long recovery.
The series "Mayor of Kingstown" is about a small Michigan town whose only thriving industry is federal, state and private prisons. The show is about the McLusky family who act as unofficial mediators between police, criminals, inmates, prison guards and politicians. The McLusky's want to remain neutral, but there are those who don't like the fact that one family has so much control over how things are done in Kingstown.
