Amazon has revealed a new trailer for "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" with Donald Glover and Maya Erskine

Amazon Prime Video has revealed a new trailer for the TV series "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine.

They play two lonely employees of a spy agency who get a dream job offer: wealth, luxury apartments in Manhattan, espionage, and constant around-the-world travel. But to do it, they'll have to pretend to be a married couple.

They are now John and Jane Smith. Each week they embark on risky assignments while breaking new ground in their relationship. Things get really messy when they realize that they seem to have truly fallen for each other. Which will prove more dangerous — espionage or marriage?

The new series is a reboot of the 2005 movie of the same name starring Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The development of the new version was handled by Donald Glover together with Francesca Sloane, with whom he has already worked on "Atlanta".

The series will premiere on February 2: on this day on Amazon Prime Video will be released all eight episodes of the project.

They don't look like agents at all. And if you remember that the previous Mr. and Mrs. Smith were played by Pitt and Jolie (one of the sex symbols of Hollywood), then this is the wildest miskast.

The series is a pity, in fact, it's kind of stillborn. Castes were rolled out and all of them were blocked on foreign sites, so they began to actively put pressure on what kind of cool guest stars they had. Смотреть не собирался вообще, но Майя эта оказывается озвучивала Мизу, а до этого еще и принцессу из мультсериала как его, не помню, но это была комедия. Короче хорошая же актриса. Ну и Гловер пятнадцать лет назад был неплох.
Так что пожалуй пилот заценю.
