@dominatorik: he likes the roles of journalists /truth-loving detectives like that, like such a date "mattress" a little, but he will get to the truth no matter what. He looks very organic in such images, IMHO

@alesenok: I wouldn't say that in the Zodiac he has such a character. There, on the contrary, he quickly gave up, while Gyllenhaal's character was ruining his life trying to figure out the Zodiac case.

"Fincher's Social Network" - about the creation of Facebook and the conflict between Zuckerberg and Saverin
Spielberg's Secret Dossier about the publication of Pentagon Documents during the Vietnam War
"Minamata" Levitas about the massive mercury poisoning of residents of the city of Minamata in Japan

And from the latter one can "Oppenheimer" Nolan, because the film focuses a lot on the later life of Oppenheimer and the close-related Game of Imitation of Tildum, where there is also a great emphasis on the later stages of Alan Turing's life

And I completely forgot about the movie Guys with Guns (War Dogs) about two gun businessmen who managed to deceive the Pentagon
. There is still a good movie Over beer!" (The Greatest Beer Run Ever) about a guy who decided to fly to the Vietnam War zone to treat his comrades to beer. But he is already weak on the subject

"In the spotlight" and "The short game" is right at the top, keeping the attention purely scripted.
When watching the Zodiac, I fell asleep 2 times, there's something wrong with the pace))
Of the similar ones, the TV series Breaking is good, there is also a Keaton there
