The trailer for the new season of the sci-fi series "Doctor Who", starring Ncuti Gatwa from "Sex Education", has appeared online.
He plays the Fifteenth Doctor, and the role of his companion Ruby went to Millie Gibson. In the story, they will once again go on adventures and see different time periods, from Regency England to a war-torn future, as well as meet new unlikely friends and dangerous enemies.
Last year, the "Doctor Who" franchise was rebooted for the third time. As in 2005, the reboot is directed by showrunner Russell T. Davies, who announced that the upcoming season of the project will be the first in a new version of the series.
The series, whose first season will consist of eight episodes, is set to premiere on May 11. The project has already been renewed for the next season, but Millie Gibson, the performer of the role of Ruby, will not be in it. She will be replaced in the new episodes by Varada Sethu, known from the series "Andor".

Милли снялась в первом сезоне и сейчас снимается во втором сезоне, можно найти фото со съемок второго сезона вместе с актером Джоной Хауэр-Кингом, он будет парнем Руби во втором сезоне. Даже в новости газеты Mirror, которая опубликовала новость конфликте на съемках, не написано, что она уходит, а что ее роль во втором сезоне сокращена, но по новым инсайдам (я за ними слежу) Гибсон появится вообще как минимум в половине серий второго сезона.
