Max has released the full trailer for the third season of the comedy series "Hacks", starring Jean Smart.

She plays Deborah Vance, a legendary Las Vegas comedy diva who wants to reboot her career and attract a younger audience. To Deborah's rescue comes 25-year-old Ava, who can't find another job because of an offensive tweet and a tarnished reputation. Gradually, the women grow closer: Ava pushes her new boss to take on riskier material, and Deborah, in turn, helps Ava deal with her personal problems.

In season three, Deborah and Ava will meet up a year after their breakup. While Deborah is enjoying the success of the standup show, Ava is looking for new opportunities in Los Angeles.

The new episodes will see guest stars Christina Hendricks, Helen Hunt, and Christopher Lloyd join the main cast. The third season will premiere on May 2. On that day, the first two episodes will be released on Max, and the third installment will have a total of nine episodes.
