"Mr. Brooks"

The drama starring Kevin Costner, Dane Cook, William Hurt, and Demi Moore was intended as the beginning of a trilogy, but despite good collections, the sequel never happened. In a later interview, director and screenwriter Bruce Evans revealed that Brooks' family would be kidnapped in the second movie and he would confront his own daughter in the third installment.
