Overview
Chinami Ebihara is girl with a strange ability to generate electromagnetic waves when her emotions run high. However, since this 'ability' affects anything electrical, it resulted in her having to transfer from school to school when she was younger. As Chinami, now 18 years of age, transfers to a new school, she once again affects the electronic devices in the school, but this time, when another student, Kotaro Kannagi, sees her do this, he becomes obsessed in studying her "TYPE-E" ability.

But this is a lyrical digression.
I do not know why, but this anime, for me personally, is one of the most relaxed and even somewhat relaxing. Despite the fact that I realize that this is far from perfect, but rather just an average normal anime, I liked it quite a lot.
There is no conflict between a beaver and a donkey in this title, there is no strong emphasis on a love line (although I think this anime could afford it), there are no pseudo-intellectual overtones and abstruse thoughts that are interesting only to young people who have superficially familiarized themselves with the concept of philosophy.
But at the same time, there is a slight silly humor here, the problem of people with superpowers that they cannot control is well shown, an unobtrusive love triangle, the arc of which has a full-fledged conclusion. And finally, there are quite pleasant characters who are not trying to save the world, but just want to help a friend live a normal life. And a couple of stupid spies are so adorable.
Spoon of tar. Although I pointed out that there is no confrontation between good and evil, but the villain is present here. And I don't understand why he's here. He appears somewhere in the middle of the season, but only has a role in the finale, and even then I'm not sure if he was needed because replace him with any neutral character and nothing will change. He only becomes a full-fledged figure in the second season.
Well, at the end. The main character is lovely. Of course, she's not an outstanding heroine, and I can't say that she could become a waif for many, but she came to me personally and even reminded Yomiko of something from "Read or Die", which for a moment even seemed to me that these animes could be in the same universe.
