Firstly, the realism. It's homo here, it's homo. They live among other ordinary heterosexual people, which is GG. Women are present as women, not to diversify the yaoi genre. The situation is also quite logical: a middle-aged man gets tired of "working for his uncle" and opens his own shop, finds chefs and waiters who only dreamed of such an antique shop.
